• What if all impressions aren't delivered?

  If we cannot deliver all ordered impressions before the campaign's end date, a few options are available. We can add the missing impressions to the next campaign you run or provide you with credit for your next digital campaign. Additionally, we will refund the missed amount if you do not plan to run another campaign and owe you some impressions.

• Can an ad be edited while the campaign is live and servicing collateral?

  Yes. We can quickly edit campaigns on the fly and swap out new creative as needed. Our ad platforms may take 24 - 48 hours to implement these changes, but we usually see them take effect within a few hours.

• Do we get to keep the digital ads that ITZ built?

  All digital ads that ITZDigital builds are yours to keep. You can use them for external campaigns you are running outside of ITZDigital or use them on your website.

• How quickly can we launch a campaign?

  We typically require 48 - 72 hours to get a campaign launched and live. This is assuming we already have the campaign's creative, targeting, and URL. Our ad platforms can take up to 48 hours to approve the campaign, but they usually approve campaigns within a few hours after submission.

• What should my budget be for a digital campaign?

  We recommend having a budget of around $1,000 per month because it will allow your campaign to include multiple tactics and gives us the flexibility to optimize your campaign. On the other hand, if we have too low of a budget, you may see suboptimal results and minimal return on your ad spend. Our team will help guide you on recommendations for your budget and can work with you on what budget you feel comfortable starting with.
